Disclosures
Last updated October 19, 2026. Important information about our service and the loans you may be offered.
We are not a lender
DeerCreekLendingApply.com does not make loans, credit decisions or loan offers, and does not broker loans in every state. Submitting a request does not guarantee you will be connected with a lender or approved.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with Deer Creek Lending, DCH Inc., the Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation or the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel. To apply with or contact Deer Creek Lending, use that company's own website.
APR and representative example
APRs vary widely by lender, state and credit profile. Personal installment lenders commonly quote about 5.99% to 35.99% APR; some short-term lenders, including tribal lenders, charge far higher APRs, sometimes above 400%. Lenders must disclose the APR, finance charge, amount financed and total of payments before you sign.
Representative example: a $1,500 loan repaid over 12 months at 30.16% APR has a monthly payment of $146.35, total repayment of $1,756.19 and total interest of $256.19.
Late payments and non-payment
Missing a payment may lead to late fees, returned-payment fees from the lender and your bank, collection activity and reporting to credit bureaus, which can lower your score. If you may miss a payment, contact your lender before the due date.
Renewals
Renewing or refinancing a loan may add fees and interest. Read the lender's renewal policy, and avoid renewing if you can repay.
State availability
Not all lenders serve all states, and some states limit amounts, rates or terms. Offers depend on where you live. See state disclosures for licensing checks and complaint routes.
Military Lending Act
Active-duty service members and their dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which caps covered loans at 36% Military APR. Many high-cost lenders do not lend to covered borrowers.
Credit checks
Submitting a request does not affect your FICO score. Lenders may perform soft or hard inquiries and may use alternative credit bureaus.
Compensation
Lenders and partners may pay us when you submit a request or take a loan. This may affect which offers you see and the order they appear in. You never pay us a fee.
