Who this policy covers

This policy explains how DeerCreekLendingApply.com ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit the site or submit a loan request. It does not cover the websites or practices of lenders and partners you are connected with; each has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, contact details, date of birth, address, Social Security number, income, employment, bank account details and the loan amount you request.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site and cookie identifiers.
Information from others: lenders and partners may tell us whether a request led to an offer or a loan.

To pass your request to lenders and lending partners who may make you an offer.

We share your request with lenders, lending partners and marketing partners so they can review it and contact you with offers. We also share information with service providers that help us run the site, and with authorities when the law requires. Lenders and partners who receive your information use it under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember choices, measure traffic and understand which pages help people. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Analytics and session recording

We may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and how pages are used, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through heatmaps and session recordings. These tools collect usage data such as clicks, scrolling, pages viewed, device and browser information and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default, and we do not use these tools to collect what you enter in the loan request form, which is provided by our partner. Microsoft and Google process this data under their own privacy statements. You can block these cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or turn on Global Privacy Control; when your browser sends that signal, we do not load advertising tags.

How we protect it

Information you submit travels over an encrypted connection, and access to stored data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and ask callers to stop calling. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed to process requests, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
